Privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026. This page covers the early access list for Beloved Wall, a product being built by MD BUSINESS LTDA (CNPJ 68.509.776/0001-75, Recife, Brazil), the data controller.

What we collect

When you join the list: your email, and if you choose to give them, your first name, website, website platform, number of weddings per year, how you show testimonials today, and whether you want a founder spot. We also record which price version of this page you saw, the campaign link you came from (for example "utm_source") and the daily visitor code described below, which we use to filter out automated sign-ups.

When you visit the page we count the visit. Our own visit counter does not record your IP address: it keeps only a pseudonymous code, derived from your IP address and changed every day, plus the domain of the website that linked you here, the campaign link and the price version you saw. We cannot see your IP address in our records. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for a limited period. We do not use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps in local storage the price version you saw (so the page stays consistent) and the campaign link you arrived from.

Why

To tell you when early access opens, to send the founder checkout link if you reserved a spot, and to decide what to build and at what price. For the list, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Counting visits is based on our legitimate interest in measuring interest in the product. Because we are based in Brazil, Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) also applies.

Who sees it

Only the Beloved Wall team. Data is stored on our web hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data. If you buy a founder spot, payment is processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and has its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.

How long

Until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the product does not launch, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or unsubscribe, by emailing hello@belovedwall.com. Every email we send tells you how to unsubscribe. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority, and anyone may complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

International transfers

We are based in Brazil, and our hosting provider may store data in another country, so your data may be processed outside your country. Access is restricted to our team and connections are encrypted (HTTPS). If you are in the EU or UK and want details about this transfer, email us.
